Dear Sam,

I'm not aware of or experiencing any performance issues on our servers today. Is there any other information you might have? Are all pages or specific pages affected for you? If you look at page source, can you find vweb1 or vweb2 on the page? This would tell me which specific webserver is handling your requests.
