Marian - PW analyst hypo this last year. Makes sense. You are right in that WCOM is only missing wireless, esp national wireless.

Hostile deal almost impossible w/ McCaw & MOT owning almost 50% together.

My guess of "replacement value" is $75-$100 per share.
