Luckily I've never met anyone who argues that math is racist, or that aboriginal knowledge is superior to that of Newton or Einstein. Have you?
We do have an annoying phenomenon at Auckland University, where special importance is given to Maori "spiritual" ceremonies - this in the kind of institution that managed to get rid of European religion (i.e. Christianity), after centuries of effort, only to regress to tolerating another kind of religion. This is a very minor annoyance for me, since I never go to the university these days, but if I was more involved the hypocrisy would piss me off.
