As Inmode is an Israeli company I dont know to what extent that would make it less likely that the company is acquired and also I believe the CEO might be the founder of the company and not so quick to let the reins go.
OTOH my recollection was that they were up north and if thats where there production facilities are they will no longer be hampered by rocket attacks from Hezbollah so cost of production should decline. The company meets my criteria of being cheap and I wonder if your free cash flow numbers are net of cash. I would think 12 times free cash flow plus cash on the balance sheet is a pretty fair value for the company. I listened to one of the interviews of that NYU value professor and he said he was buying stocks he could hold with a 20-40 year time horizon and the resonated with me. so as long as the company can produce this nice free cash flow I will be a holder/buyer, I have not raised as much cash as I would have liked so I am being very deliberate about new purchases. Re SBGI who owns tennis channel- The American Amanda Anisimova who reached her second consecutive grand slam final is the real deal and if she stays healthy should be a top 5 player for years to come. Womens tennis is getting better and better and the Alcarez- Sinner rivalry could go on for a decade or more. My portfolio allocation to SBGI is full or I would be adding more at these levels,
