Everything about RFI and their NDA's have been very odd for decades. JH has been very true to its' legality.
As it has turned out, even if there were no NDA's to hide behind there would be no significant PR's to affect the SP. If we knew the deals that had been made, it's very likely that the SP would be lower than it is now.
A lot of us recall the Razor's Edge days. Talk about a scam (just my feeling on the matter), there were miles of misleading talk which kept many investors, including myself, glued to daily action hoping for significant news which was "just around the corner." So the point is is that it's probably good that NDA's are in place. They are there to protect us from the truth.
