Carney just appointed the person responsible for the $30 billion cost overun to build TMX to head up his new "Infrastructure Canada" department that will be spending many 100's of $billions. The Irvings own New Brunswick, and if Carney has his way, Brookfield will own Canada, and Canadian tax payers for generations will pay for it and their own tax indentured slavery, elimination of the middle class and 3rd world standard of living.
