| | | I have been with Verizon since 1994 when I got my first test phone. they used to be the top technical troubleshooting customer support, but sadly not any more. They can't even remember what they said to me yesterday.
They really do not care or understand the network they have NOR do they consistently say the same thing reguarding issues. they send me equipment with complex install processes but include no installation guide, then after an hour or two of debugging, they say "Oh, find the little hidden pocket in your LTE extender and take out the gps antenna and install it on your window. After the 4th call on this samsung designed mess, they finally said it does not work unless I dial #48. However I have been using it since August 1.
Very sad as I have been coaching the level 2 and level 3 support people to even understand what is broken with the overall servce. At least 10 phone calls lasting more than 2 hours.
they promise to fix it, send me a new phone, an LTE mini basestation extender, tell me wifi calling works and to use that.
None of that is true or consistenly supported day to day. dropped calls, bad voice quality even sitting right on top of the LTE extender and wifi router.
Sadly they have lost their formula for suport, networks, and consistent service. the people troubleshooting are less helpful than the AI clones.
Again, has anyone on the thread used US Mobile service? They support all 3 carriers and use the best network at call time. They also support wifi calling. but their marketing plans seem like I am talking to a boiler room in India. 50 options, unclear pricing, hidden charges, etc. |
