How much Crypto did you use this weekend or past week?

I used rewards credit cards to buy groceries and gasoline and will get 4% back on the $114 lunch we had yesterday at a dim-sum place we like that charges 18% "service charge" on the total after 9.375% tax making it a built in 20% TIP.

I carry two different reward cards and have a few others in my drawer like REI and AMAZON/Syncrony cards that give 5% back to use their cards. Four total I probably use at least once a year.

Last Tuesday I used cash to pay my half of dinner with a buddy who I've been hiking to dinner once a month for over 25 years. Cash is easy if a bit dirty.

Why would I want to switch to crypto that can be hacked and the amount of cash I'd owe to "settle up" can vary a large percentage every week?

If a restaurant charges me 3% to use a credit card, I still breakeven with the 3% card and can dispute the bill and don't have to carry a ton of dirty cash.
