Wink, it would behoove the shareholders to find out EXACTLY what FAMH will be paying for the 12MM and whether or not there is a floor on the price of the shares. Does anyone know if this line of credit is in addition to the 25MM already obtained or part of it. If it is part of it, why issue another release. If it is additional, how many shares are these guys going to print?
