I'm slightly skeptical by nature, I've never seen Carney's face distorted like that in "real life" was my first clue, I doubted Carney has the power to tell the pension plans what to do, and then I simply read the video description/introduction where it clearly states the story is fiction.

It's easy to fall for these types of stories, happens all the time. Not blaming anyone here, just sayin'.
