Added more of these in both the taxable account and ROTH. Yielding 7.4%.

Closed out my CUZ a reit only yielding 4.4% now; Bought these in 3/2023 for $18.50/share and sold them today at $29.11 for a 19.65% CAGR

Put the proceeds from CUZ into GOODN at $22.77. Only +11% upside if these get back to PAR $25
