being ignorant about the company, may I say that is one the most bizarre press releases I have ever seen. Sounds like something distinctive happened they had to make a change quickly, and this guy who just joined the board 6 months ago, who seems to have a very murky background, is the best candidate the board could come up with? If they are serious about disposing of the company why not go out and get some investment banker who is experienced at that? good luck with it. Sounds like a messy situation to me .
