Baharav was canned a few months after succeeding the blowhard Yoav Stern.

Presumably, Guggenheim Partners and Houlihan Lokey are reputable investment bankers.

All that Stehlin needs to do is cash the thing out. It doesn't require much skill or reputation. The company's not been able to make money any other way, and the cash pile still well exceeds the market cap. As long as he doesn't steal it. the long-suffering shareholders should do OK.
