John, over on the Yahoo board there is a person named Rocky who wants to start legal proceedings with his securities lawyer. He is going to enlist his lawyer and try to force LDAKA and Dr. Katz to hold a conference call for shareholders. He says if this is unsuccessful he will begin enlisting LDAKA shareholders to participate in a class action law suit against LDAKA.
