Apple introduces its new iPhones and smartwatches, all with LTPO AMOLED displays




Apple introduced its latest smartphones and wearable devices, all equipped with LTPO AMOLED displays. All of these new devices will ship on September 19.


We'll start with the new iPhone 17 series which includes 3 models. The basic iPhone 17 has a 6.3" 120Hz 3,000 nits (peak) 1206x2622 LTPO AMOLED display and interestingly this year the iPhone 17 Pro has the same display. The iPhone 17 Pro Max has a larger 6.9" 120Hz 3,000 nits (peak) 1320x2868 LTPO AMOLED.

This year Apple introduced a new model, iPhone Air. This is a thin (5.6 mm) smartphone that has a 6.5" 120Hz 3,000 nits (peak) 1260x2736 LTPO AMOLED display.


In addition to all these new smartphones, Apple also introduced its new Watch devices. The Apple Watch Series 11 has a 1.96" 2000 nits 496x416 LTPO AMOLED display, the Watch Ultra 3 has a brighter 1.98" 3,000 nits 514x422 LTPO AMOLED, while the entry-level Watch SE 3 has a 1.78" 448x368 1,000 nits LTPO AMOLED display
