Here's a value restaurant stock idea.

BLMN - Bloomin' Brands

It's a few restaurant chains, the main one being Outback Steakhouse.

Pays 60 cents per year in dividends.

The price to sales valuation is very low, and the company is in turnaround mode (trying to revitalize Outback).

I can't say I know a lot about it, I'm not a fan of Outback Steakhouse myself, so it's hard to get excited about the restaurants. But the valuation is low.

Sales are about $4 billion per year, market cap is about $580m, cash is $50m and debt is about $920m.

They expect to have EPS of $0.80 and adjusted EPS of about $1.00 in 2025 on flat year over year same store sales.

Sales of $4 billion gives them lots of levers to adjust to try to improve things, and getting a 8% to 9% dividend yield while you wait is not to back.

Just an idea, I don't own it myself.
