Anyone whose following the situation closely will see that Intel's 14A is moving along quite will - its PDKs are built with prospective customers from the ground up and they're already in those customer's hands. If anyone waits until Qualcomm chooses Intel foundry in the future, they will be paying a lot more for Intel's stock than if they buy it now.
