If you've been following him for that long then you must admit he's called 20+ of the past two crashes this century. Crash calling seems to be his brand. He moved to Singapore a while ago with his younger wife and kids.

Fundamentally I agree with him in terms of overvaluation but my spidey sense is that he's not clued in enough, let alone connected anymore to spot the triggers... whenever that may be. fwiw.
