I hope not in PNG’s case. I am a long term holder with juicy gains. Why would i want to take a small premium on a fast growing well managed company that has great upside and is in a unique segment of the market. I first bought shares in PNG with gains from a similar type company ….HEO…a water company that i was unable to replace with a similar small cap in that field when it was prematurely ( imo ) bought out.

But i do agree that often buyouts are welcome. Often easy to find a similar spec in that field to replace the bought out spec . But it is still all about the timing…..
