IMHO they didn't, and he did not need to acquire anything.
It's his own new company.
It cost Fenton $200 US to buy this off-the-shelf company, change its name to Altek Advance Materials, and have the company registration note him as Director, President,Treasurer and Company Secretary.
It's an address with a desk and a telephone and it means nothing to us, and will mean nothing to us.
Irt was registered in April. Let that date sink in.
Fate Above only knows how he will get US filter and mask authorisation ( and if it happens before Christmas we will ask ourselves how the hell he did that when he couldn't do it whilst at Zentek).
And we are to believe he will have built or taken over a plant with production facilities for Zen-Enhanced fabric and filter media- or who the hell would he sub-contract manufacturing to ?
Little wonder he was fired, and the wonder still exists that he's on the Advisory Board - I suspect that this situation will endure only until he has briefed the new CEO on contacts, relationships and those so-called 'partnerships' that have produced NOTHING.
Zentek India - by the by- seems almost certain to be just a couple of grifters using our name to make a few Rupees on the back of a manufactured rumour we were doing something with AkraBrenStech.
I call BS on that, and Al-Ramez. Nothing has happened.
How much more was just fantasy ?
