my thinking/methodology/derangement....which is usually wrong, except in an up market <g>.
LOL!.. ain’t that the truth. Everything works so much better when the trend is strong and up (shorting is harder, even in an uptrend - at least to me).

Sounds like you’re doing very well.

I’m having a decent year. The largest position is in QQQ. Have some SPY too. Also, a scattering of names. Holding PLTR. Sold at some point - but got back asap when the moment seemed right. Did well with Gold and GDX, with sizable positions. I’m mostly out of IBIT, but still holding half of BITO. One nice recent surprise was AVGO. Have some momentum ETF’s… and so on.

On most of them I use a trend following overlay - which is meant not to allow me to be wrong for long.
