Barry, this information may need time to percolate.
And if there's more coming, it will build momentum. Based on the recent posts it appears that 1)DEC is pulling is the reins to try to meet their year end numbers, which will put them in better financial position when they are brought on board with CPQ (it also helps them psychologically if they can make them), long term this helps the bottom line for the 'new' company. I would not be surprised if DEC also starts maneuvering organizational changes in support of the new company. All things to support new selling strategies and operational cost reductions. Once wall street can see/hear the forward statements and if they're strong enough, IMO the stock should start moving again.
