They don't have to be more violent.
But given the statistics, they should certainly be more worried about the rightwingers.

BTW, from my teens all they into my early 30s I was an avid gun enthusiast. I used to read all about guns and their various forms and historical developments and so on. When I was 14, I had a camp director who was a retired special forces. He saw my interest and worked with me over two summers. By the end of my second year, I could disassemble a side arm and put it back together blindfolded.

So if you think that I am against gun rights, you are wrong. I just don't think that those rights are absolute. Like all our other rights, there is a given and take when live in a society and share space with others. Anyone who is unhappy about it, should have the right to build his own compound and go live off the land by himself. All the power to him.
