Good point. Just a tracking position and their div payout % is 70%. I see their debt ratio is 2x that of Global Self Storage (SELF) at 40% (pretty high). NSA has the highest Debt ratio of the group.

It may be ok if/when Fed begins to cut rates. Some say there are 3 cuts factored in this year.
