For one naked shorting on the NAZ is illegal. Look it up. That being said enforcement can sometimes be spotty. That being said an up to 14m naked shorting day would have bells and whistles going off to a regulator or two and would be looked into and if found penalty, fines would be forthcoming. And maybe it is being looked into. And lastly if it was just normal shorting on the NAZ they would have taken everyone one of my shares to lend but not 1 share was taken. And have not been for almost 6 months now.
