I an only speculate as to what's happening with Blackrock Silver. There is a takeover offer on the table, or very strong rumors of one. The volumes and prices keep reaching skyward with 3+ hours left in the trading day. The price in up 34 percent in the US at my last check. Volume is 4.6+ million shares.
