GMan - I always thought is was the closing price at $1 or more for compliance. But wrong it is the minimum bid has to stay at or above $1 for 10 business days in a row to come back into compliance. So the way I read it if the minimum bid did drop below $1 today then yes we start over for the 10 days in a row.
