In the 1930’s the National Socialists demonized and to the German people de-humanized the opposition. Once in the mind of many Germans the opposition was de-humanized what happened after that was justified. The modern progressives have used pretty much the National Socialist playbook throughout the entire western society. Now many leftists are confused because they have been conditioned to hate and despise the opposition as being ‘sub-human’ with some even taking this a literal. The old media was an active part in carrying the propaganda to advance the agenda. The media is trapped and cannot go back to reporting the news because truthful stories would expose their traitorous history. The less converted leftists are confused because they are being seen as being a bad person and they were promised the opposite. They see the vile hatred of their friends on social media and some realize this does not match the stereotypical good person. And here we have the young person shocked into experiencing the lie. Some on the left are experiencing a very real psychic shock as the world view and understanding is shaking under their feet. The psychological problems of the left is only beginning. And that terrifies me because this may only be the start of unhinged leftists acting out their fear and rage. This is probably why the left politicians and media have so quickly started sqwauking about incoming right wing violence. They actually imho do expect more violence but they know the likely source is the left and this will only enrage average Americans more against the left and the media.
