Actually I spent 5 years at the U. of Texas at Austin and found stronger support for Apple than for any other computer maker. I know several of the system administrators there and they prefer the Apple due to its superior operating system. Dell is in Round Rock Texas, and I do see a fair number of those machines also, but the Windows 95 system is just so difficult to maintain.
