Thanks

Yours was my first thought then I came up with the type of question I'd ask highly qualified job interview candidates. That is I'd kick their beautiful creation and ask how would they get it back on track or handle the unexpected input.

In this case, it is "what happens if two of the cells are sick or get stuck in traffic? Do you cancel your Vegas show, have backups for each cell or?"

Or "what happens if some quit at the last minute?"

With ear buds with individual instructions, you can plug and play where the members learn to follow the "director" giving their moves over the earbuds and they might even have music in the buds that have a stronger beat. Also, with the buds, the director can catch cells that miss or get a bit off tune and get them back in tune using the buds. The director could have a switch board with switches to only talk to specific nodes.

I really liked the act too! I had a yoga class where the teacher tried to have us do that synchronized arm motion stuff while in a sumo squat and it was damned hard to do right with eyes open! Even with earbuds, it is a good skill to not make a mistake in the progression.
