Sorry, this is now taking the OT even further. Reign me in if it's too far.

Given my average cost of IBM shares being around $20, using an online dividend calculator it looks like I am currently getting a ~33% dividend while sitting on a 12 bagger in terms of capital gains. No matter what alternative investments I look at, none seem to make more sense. Is my calculation and conclusion wrong?

PS: Caveat: All of this could change if Canadian dividend and capital gains tax rules change.
