This is the first political assassination we have seen in decades. It's the very first visceral political assassination that was captured on iPhones everywhere. It's the very first viral political assassination. And the reason you're seeing this reaction from the Democrats is because they know they caused it, and the reason you're seeing it from the media is because they don't know how to handle it. Almost no event my lifetime has proven how useless network and publishing media is other than this singular event. This isn't 1969. You can't just put out newspaper and lie to people. This is the first political (and religious) assassination we've all seen with our own eyes through our own phones. And this is why whatever the New York Times or the Washington Post or CNN tries to spin won't work. And here's the kicker - They know it. They just have no idea how to counter it. They could just try to tell the truth. But they know what that means if they do so they won't.
