A rich person always has more valuables around him than he imagines he does. Suppose that you go camping and you are traveling light because you have to carry everything. What do you think is the replacement cost of what you have with you? Your iPhone is likely over $1k. Your gear are likely close to $5k. Your car that you left at the camp entrance? Your kayak? Etc. Same with your home. You think you don't have much, but they can take more in a night than they make in a month.
