EEM gave solid buy signals where the green markers are.
It gave partial sell signals where red markers are
The reason the red markers are not definitive is that the upper indicator was oversold and due for a bounce and that the red guardrail was trending upward.

It is rare for a bounce not to happen under those conditions. So the right thing is to wait for the bounce and then see how the chart looks rather than react to it.

But you can also be cautious and sell, then jump back in when proven right.
