Dear Jan: Finalizing an agreement to purchase and ACTUALLY COMMINGLING the two companies are WORLDS apart. On top of that Wonderware has indicated they expect to operate independently and continue on with their own tool. It would be to NO ONES interest to confuse the CUSTOMERS with competing technology assuming such exists. Jack is right, this will have no immediate effect on us unless a buyout emerges. Over the long haul the TAVA tool must prove itself which I presume it will as it already has proven itself to names like BMS and GM. JDN
