Nobody has come up with a universal sign for bringing your power windows up or down on your car. Everyone still uses the crank-mime to signal this. Maybe 3-fingers up (showing a W) or 3-fingers down could be used. However, there is probably a gang that uses the same thing as a sign for murder or something, so there is that to consider.
