I can see why Ilse (one of the most qualified and brilliantly talented people on the planet) decided to run for the hills and away from ZEN.
With a fantastic CV like hers, she would not want to be even remotely associated in any way with '5Fs-Fenton.'

musicfan has indicated that the Board has decided to ...er .. continue to cover up the truth, by not allowing shareholders to ask for info at the AGM next week.

In my experience, this sort of obfuscation thing indicates, as ever was the case, that behind the scenes, a '64-vehicle pile up' type of disaster occurred which led to the dismissal.
