The current situation appears to be a carbon copy of the one that existed in 1993, and I expect as you do a similar outcome in much the same time span. The market makers are loading up on cheap nxtl stock for their own positions. When the breakout occurs, they will sell to those willing to pay 32+ for their stock. The momentum required to go thru 32 will be considerable, and these guys will go thru their inventory in a matter of days, and then play the stock as it advances and retreats in its move to its old high.
