I see Benton is doing his best to prop up GF on the other board as he is the leader of the FOF's on the CEO Board. Those that seem to have information no one else has. See Johnny Tickets post of 9-15 there.

What Benton always fails to mention was why was GF back early in 2025 was setting up a US network for himself? Did the rest of the BOD know and approve of this? And if not, why was he using his time and ZEN money (as we shareholders pay him) to do this when he should have spent the time furthering ZEN business on behalf of all shareholders.

Benton keeps saying GF did nothing wrong. He screwed ZEN and its shareholders to personally better himself. Maybe not technically illegal, but highly unethical and a big middle finger to shareholders.

How many want to bet that this (and other things) is the reason his contract was not renewed and the turmoil inside ZEN.

I believe the new CEO and BOD will clean up the mess and get ZEN back on track.
