Yah but I would buy a vehicle made up from the parts from multiple other vehicles, as long as the parts are not stolen I am fine with it. :)

There's the key. The AI apps are doing everything they can to keep you from being able to tell whether their content is stolen. Using these apps without checking their sources is the exact equivalent of selling a car without checking whether part or all of it is stolen.
