From Brad:
Hi Everyone, Before I start I would like to make a sincere request. Let's all try to keep SI a great forum. I was getting concerned about this. Let's try to do what we originally did at the onset---HELP EACH OTHER!!! I have learned a great deal from many of you and I hope I have done my part to work hard in your behalf. I try very hard to keep you updated on the due diligence and overall research that I do every day and night. As you know, my strong suit is a relentless pursuit of news as it pertains to companies that we follow. I am not an expert in any other field such as technology, finance, etc. I rely on other sources to help me tie it all together as it pertains to the news that I diligently search out. I have been on the phones for the better part of the afternoon and night with people such as Raleigh, Colin Cody and CEO Joe Murphy. I also spoke to CEO Frank Peters as recently as this past Wednesday. Folks, I can only make educated guesses as to what the restructuring of the previous contract entails. I don't feel it is my place to try and make that kind of prediction. I do know this. Both CEO's told me the same thing. We are working "shoulder to shoulder" and some major developments are taking place. I do not have any reason to disbelieve either of these gentlemen given the fact that I received the same answers from both. It is my belief and understanding that there are ongoing negotiations still going on and that neither Frank nor Joe is about to jeopardize FNET's position in regards to what or who the negotiations are involved with or about until they are finalized. Everyone of us has to make a decision based on digesting of information and a concerted effort to do their own follow-up due diligence. I have always said that if you are not comfortable with your conclusions you should possibly look elsewhere for your own particular investment needs and goals. No one person, including myself, is the proverbial "know it all". I am now of the opinion, especially after the outstanding individual releases of last week, that both companies have enormous potential as "stand alone companies" and FNET stands to be the "icing on the cake". I am definitely looking for more great news from both companies this week sometime. I still remain long on both companies and once again encourage all of you to get your own updates from both companies and judge for yourself. DCTC--1-203-380-0910 FTEL--1-800-FRANKLN (Note--No I in FRANLN). BTW, Raleigh mentioned a long time ago that we should try to judge each company separately. Colin has started a new thread for DCI Telecommunications (DCTC) in order to keep us updated on exactly what DCTC is doing for their particular company. So now we have a separate one for both companies and we still have this one to discuss the joint venture goings on in regards to FNET. Now, lets all take a deep breath, try to relax and as I said a long time ago. Let's let both these companies and their management try to do what is best for us, the shareholders. One last request, would someone please export this to SI for the resident "Computer Dumbo" "Grupo Brad" |
