Nick, I'd wait a few days. There could be potential for a competing offer. I'm not aware of any rumors, but maybe another one of the industrial automation vendors, such as Rockwell or Siemens may be interested. 1998 is expected to be a pretty strong year for WNDR types of products. Personally, although I bought WNDR last fall around 16-1/2, I'm not thrilled with the $24 offer. I was looking forward to enjoying the turnaround performance this year & feel that @ $24 the shareholders are being short changed. (All of this is just my opinion, of course) JL
