I am waiting too ... I got my settlement check on Monday - still don't understand how the lawyers grabbed 4.5 million from the lawsuit. I wonder if we can bring an action against them:) In any case, I sent the check to my broker to cover some new stock purchases - can you guess what I am buying? I wonder when (over the next 60 days) IBM will announce some big customers of NCs. I was hoping that was the cause of the action. - Mark PS - Dabbled in BDLS because earnings were being released. Got lucky again - in and out in a couple weeks for 25% gain. Wish that made up for my recent blunder in this one. I sold some (after holding steady for 2 years) when earnings were released thinking we were going to have another 6 month wait before profits. Bonehead move. NCDI bounced back strong.
