Godis, see musicfan's post 53576 : "According to the letter to shareholders that is included with the new, blue, proxies, there will be no explanation of anything at or after the AGM. They state that there will be an information session, management presentation and question and answer period once the new CEO is retained and announced." There doesn't seem any point in any shareholders showing up in person for the AGM.
