I'm not at all sure how close they are, but IMHO, it shouldn't take more than three months to recruit and announce even if the new guy can't start until, say, November 1st. It's great excuse to have, so that nothing commercial comes out on an NR, except for something needing 'further testing..' That assumes there is something commercial bubbling away. IMHO there is nothing happening in the contracts/sales category because 5Fs spun a ..... sorry.... I mean talked a .....etc etc. Warm sunny day ! Ice-cream anyone ? 5Fs - government rules, delays, red tape, Closed for the season......!
