A few directors selling, no big deal. No info. given on corporate use, maybe they just think the stock is overvalued and want to take advantage. Stock shares to increase by 50%? That'll cause a little dilution, don't you think? With the added dilution and all the tax breaks they've had, no wonder the stock value looked too good to be true. It probably was. If they hadn't screwed around with an offering, I think the stock would have made it to a $14-16 trading range possibly, but no way now unless they're keeping some secrets that they haven't revealed yet.

I think they're probably hoping to get $10-11 a share in the offering. That's still 50% better than just a few months ago. Any other W.A. guesses?
