With Samsung and Pixel going with Shannon 5400, MediaTek with M80 and Apple going with XM80 it's looking like good enough for the premium market today is focusing upon Rel 17 with basic mmWave.

C2 is going to need to provide that capability and by it's release Qualcomm will likely be delivering Rel 19 product as described in the above link.
