Obviously nicewatch is a plant and needs to be taught a lesson. I vote he is suspended for two weeks.

I read it in the DEI User Agreement that Jeff sent me. It's totally right in this situation:

Rule 23.(a) If, after 3 weeks of play, 3 members or more are tied for 2nd place but one member is 2 or more games ahead of those in 2nd place, then at the sole discretion of the scorekeeper, a 2 week suspension of the leader is warranted.
