Debra, Your LINKS are a great summary of some important messages. But I'm not sure what the President of DCTC should be answering here "live" for a few hours! (g). Those sites were predominently from Frank Peters. It seems Mr. Peters should be the one to talk with (although anyone could talk with DCTC as well). But the problem seems to be in Mr. Peters own hand. Why not post THE QUESTIONS here for Frank and/or Joe. Or better yet post questions to Joe Murphy on the new DCI Telecom area I started! (g) I agree there are some unanswered concerns, but from my observations it is Frank who is issuing (at best) potentially conflicting information. BTW, for DCI questions, I've posted some current info on Prodigy over the past few days... Colin
