She's no Jeff Sessions, for comparison I often wonder if political appointess have what it takes to run mega organizations. After being in a leadership role for decades, I have more appreciation for what it takes to be effective. DJT stands out because he has that expertise and experience. Leadership and effectively running these organizations is a high hurdle. However, there is one more obstacle and that is they have to be a TRANSFOMATIONAL LEADER. Most of the appointees and Bondi in particulat stepped into a hostile environement. In order to be eggective they have to transform the organization on multiple levels: mission, culture and army (staff). This is a totally different skill set and takes probably at least 2 years, You have to ferret out (fire) the actors who are aligned with a mission that does not see their clients as American citizens / taxpayers and adhering to the Constitution. It seems that there has been a helter skelter appraoch to firing bad actors and that mission should be coordinated with the endeavors started by Musk to mainly concentrate on financial mismanagement / abuse. I have found that most leaders don't scale very well and by that I mean they have very little visbility to what their staffers really do. All of DJT's leaders have walked into a HOSTILE environment and I imagine the level of cooperation was limited and cloaked in deception. Patel seems to have a deer in the headlights look all the time. Noem, Tulsi seem to have it more under control . Rubio has been a surprise as I am sure State is just a tad lower than Justice.
